A little bit about me

I am a hobbyist photographer based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, with a deep passion for wildlife photography. While I enjoy photographing a range of subjects including landscapes and motorsport, wildlife—especially birds and mammals—is where I feel most connected.

Spending time observing wildlife has become an important part of my life. Whether I’m photographing a small garden bird, a wild mammal in its natural environment, or the strength and presence of large mammals and big cats in captivity, the process encourages patience, focus, and calm. Capturing these moments isn’t just creative for me—it’s grounding, and it plays a positive role in supporting my mental wellbeing.

Photography allows me to slow down, be present, and appreciate the natural world in a way that’s both rewarding and therapeutic. Each image reflects not only the character of the subject but also the sense of balance and clarity I find when I’m behind the camera.
